Partnership programme for architects

1. PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE

The aim of the programme is to encourage cooperation with architects and interior designers who actively recommend and use decorative materials of the brand. FINIT in its interior design projects. For their recommendation and direct participation in the implementation, they are entitled to a commission and additional benefits.

2. TARGET GROUP

  • Architects and interior designers working independently or collectively
  • Architectural studios and design offices
  • Freelance interior design professionals

3. FORM OF REMUNERATION

  • Financial commission graded according to the value of the delivered materials excluding VAT:
    • Order up to 5 000 €: 3 %
    • Order from € 5 001 to € 20 000: 5 %
    • Order over 20 000 €: 7 %
  • Non-financial benefits: marketing support, sample books, training, exclusive information about new products

4. CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING THE COMMISSION

  • The architect is registered in the FINIT partnership programme
  • The architect will report the project where FINIT materials will be used before delivery
  • When ordered by the client/contractor, the architect is listed as a reference partner
  • The materials are delivered and the order is fully paid

5. COOPERATION AND COMMISSION BILLING PROCESS

  1. Registration: the architect registers for the program via the form or in person
  2. Project announcement: the architect announces the upcoming project with FINIT materials (name, location, type of client)
  3. Verification of realization: the order is placed through FINIT’s distribution channel
  4. Commission billing: after payment of the order, the architect is informed of the approved fee and asked to issue an invoice
  5. Payment: the invoice issued is paid within 30 days of receipt

6. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS FOR PARTNER ARCHITECTS

  • Regular newsletters and invitations to events
  • Free samples and catalogues
  • Technical support in design

7. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

  • The commission is granted only for projects where the architect was an active recommender of FINIT products
  • It is not possible to claim commission retrospectively or without project registration
  • Cooperation may be unilaterally terminated in the event of a breach of the rules of the programme

  • We will process your application and send you a link to the Project Reporting Form
  • The project will be processed according to paragraph 5.
